HISTORY: LubriSource was founded in 2001 by Steve and Carolyn Cartwright. This husband-and-
wife team had a passion for precision lubrication and entrepreneurship. Over the years the
company grew in the Ohio Region to become a respected source for expertise in Automated
Lubrication Systems and Reliability Management.
In 2017 Steve and Carolyn both retired and sold the business to Angela and Kevin Morrow,
another husband-and-wife team. Together, with the incredible people of LubriSource, the team
has strengthened and diversified the business to service clients across the nation in multiple
industries that include but are not limited to: Automotive, Food and Beverage, Robotics, Pulp and
Paper, Steel, Chemical and General Manufacturing.
LUBRISOURCE TEAM: This family owned- business understands it takes teamwork. Everyone
contributes to taking care of our customers with an eye on process improvement. The. Our team
is hands-on in-the-trenches and is proud to a have proven track record in automated lubrication
equipment, components, systems design, installation, and repair. We treat each other with
respect and see how our actions impact the team and customers collectively.

ensuring proper uptime and optimal performance. We provide solutions that are eco-friendly
supporting sustainability and reducing costs. We leave systems and processes in a better state

lubrication industry and we recommend the best system for precise and discrete application.
MINDSET: We are not afraid to get dirty and are here to bring solutions to help our customers
achieve their goals. We are not order takers; we are solution providers. LubriSource’s goal is to
reduce bearing failure and reduce your oil expenditures. We are passionate about the
manufacturing sector and our goal is to ensure manufactures in this region and nationally are
globally competitive. Our 100% focus is industrial machinery lubrication and reliability
management. It is all we do through a lens of Integrity. We strive to work hard, work smart and do
what is right for the customer.
LubriSource Gives Back - Although we donate and support multiple organizations from Breast
Cancer research to STEM programs and blood drives, our passion is building into families. We seek
do this through Financial Education / Financial Peace University Scholarships. Supporting
Shelters for displaced families. Ministries that empower single parents to achieve their goals.
Marriage Counseling and More. In 2023, LubriSource will finalized the creation of a Foundation
called CASO which means: Coming Alongside Others. This foundation is designed to Come Along
Side and support ministries and non-profits that come along-side families and ensure their
stability and success.
